Desmond Chewyn has worked for over 15 years in arts management. His experience includes extensive PR work for international artists, branding, image & social media consultancy, art direction, styling, photography, creation and promotion of audio and video recordings and worldwide touring of major classical music artists, dancers and actors.

Among wide range of artists Desmond has had long working relationships with José Carreras, Dame Kiri Te Kanawa, Barbara Bonney, Elaine Paige, Johan Reuter, Rolando Villazón, Bryn Terfel and Patrick Kinmonth.

His broad rage of interests and experience in the arts extend to theatre productions, visual arts, film, tv and photography.

As a cretaive director, Desmond has edited and consulted cutting edge leading performing arts publications in Europe, Asia and North America.

His creative work has been featured by an extensive variety of world class organisations including the Royal Ballet & Opera, the Metropolitan Opera, Two River Theater, Sydney Opera, the Guardian, VOGUE Japan, Japan Airlines among many others.

Desmond has recently helped create the first community platform designed specially for the performing arts industry, HereWeAre. After a successful test-run towards the end of the pandemic in Asia, it is currently being introduced globally.
